Background
The Centre for European Development and Integration – CEDI Centre is implementing the project “Empowering young girls and boys for a functioning democracy and equal society” founded by Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) Albania. The overall goal of this project is to empower young girls and boys to contribute towards a democratic and equal society. This global objective will be achieved through three specific objectives: Boosting capacities of young girls and boys on principles of democracy and fundamental rights; Promoting accountability of public institutions towards youngsters though monitoring; Increase dialogue between young girls and boys and elected officials for an equal society.
This project will be implemented in Dibra, Vau Dejes, Librazhd, Pogradec, Maliq and Përmet.
Objective
The CEDI Centre is requesting an Expert who will be responsible for preparing the training module for KVR’s structures in Dibra, Vau Dejes, Librazhd, Pogradec, Maliq and Përmet.
Duties and responsibilities
The CEDI Centre will require the services of a Legal Expert experiences in human rights and gender equality, who will deliver the tasks mentioned below:
- Prepare a training module for KVR’s structures in Dibra, Vau Dejes, Librazhd, Pogradec, Maliq and Përmet and delivering a cascade of 6 trainings * 3 day each and 2-day preparation: [ 20 working days]
- Report to the CEDI Centre within the framework of this project
Expected Outputs/Deliverables
– Training module for youths that are part of KVR
– Deliver a cascade of 6 trainings * 3 day each
– Report to the CEDI Centre.
