In Albania, one of the main challenges faced by young people is the lack of accurate and structured information regarding labor market demands, the most sought-after professions, and the skills required by employers. An important factor contributing to this situation is the lack of effective career guidance within educational institutions. Many young people make decisions regarding their field of study without having sufficient information about employment prospects, growing sectors of the economy, or alternatives such as vocational education and training. The absence of career counseling and supportive information mechanisms negatively affects their choices and increases the risk of long-term unemployment. Improving young people\u2019s awareness and understanding of the labor market is an essential step toward increasing employment, reducing informality, and fostering more meaningful civic and professional engagement. CEDI Center is implementing the project \u201cTowards a Decent Future: Youth and the Labor Market\u201d, which aims to assess young people\u2019s knowledge and strengthen their capacity for integration into the labor market.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CEDI Center will contract two Experts who will be responsible for preparing a study aimed at measuring the level of awareness and knowledge that young people have regarding the labor market. The study will employ a quantitative research methodology, specifically through the use of questionnaires.
