In Albania, one of the main challenges faced by young people is the lack of accurate and structured information regarding labor market demands, the most sought-after professions, and the skills required by employers.An important factor contributing to this situation is the lack of effective career guidance within educational institutions. Many young people make decisions regarding their field of study without having sufficient information about employment prospects, emerging sectors of the economy, or alternatives such as vocational education and training. The absence of career counseling and supportive information mechanisms negatively affects their choices and increases the risk of long-term unemployment.Improving young people\u2019s awareness and understanding of the labor market is an essential step toward increasing employment, reducing informality, and fostering more meaningful civic and professional engagement.
