Terms of Reference<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Title:<\/b> Training Expert Background<\/b><\/p>\n The Centre for European Development and Integration – CEDI Centre is implementing the project \u201c<\/span>Empowering young girls and boys for a functioning democracy and equal society\u201d <\/span><\/i>founded by<\/span> Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) Albania. The <\/span>overall goal<\/b> of this project is to empower young girls and boys to contribute towards a democratic and equal<\/span> society.
