It\u2019s not uncommon for women in politics to be judged more harshly than men, targeted with sexist remarks, or overlooked altogether. In addition, many women simply don\u2019t have the same economic or institutional support as their male counterparts. Campaigning takes money, time, and networks \u2014 and women, especially those juggling family responsibilities, often find themselves at a disadvantage. The media doesn\u2019t always help either. Another risk which came within the new electoral system with closed and opened lists of candidates puts into question the rule of quotas.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n CEDI Centre is implementing the project \u201cBoosting advocacy for real representation of women in decision making\u201d founded by AWEN, which aims to contribute towards equal and effective representation of women in decision making processes.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Objective<\/strong> \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Duties and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n The CEDI Centre will require the services of a PR and Communication Expert, who will deliver the tasks mentioned below:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Necessary qualifications and requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n All interested parties are invited to send their financial offer and CV until 30 May 2025, in person or via postal office, at Str.
