This high unemployment rate reflects structural challenges in the labor market, including the mismatch between young people\u2019s skills and labor market demands. A considerable number of young people are engaged in informal employment, while others \u2014 particularly qualified youth have migrated. This phenomenon has contributed to a significant \u201cbrain drain,\u201d creating gaps in key sectors of the economy and negatively affecting the country\u2019s long-term development.<\/p>\n<p>For this reason, CEDI Centre is implementing the project \u201cLegal Education for Decent Youth Employment,\u201d which aims to empower young people to actively participate in the country\u2019s social and economic life through legal education and the creation of a supportive environment for decent employment and labor market integration.<\/p>\n<p>Project activities include the drafting and distribution of an educational manual on labor rights, organizing a spring school to develop skills needed for employment, as well as networking forums and training sessions on job application processes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CEDI Centre will contract an IT Specialist who will carry out the technical adaptation of the platform tedrejtatemia.al by adding a dedicated project section, enabling the reading and downloading of the educational manual, developing an interactive online test to assess users\u2019 knowledge, and creating an automated certificate generation system for young people who successfully pass the test. Also, the IT will be responsible to prepare 2 animated videos, designed to provide young people with practical tips on preparing a job application, writing an appropriate CV, drafting a motivation letter, and performing well in job interviews.
