This high level of youth unemployment reflects structural challenges in the labor market, including the mismatch between young people\u2019s skills and the needs of the job market. A considerable number of young people are engaged in informal employment, while others have migrated, particularly those with higher qualifications. This phenomenon has contributed to a significant \u201cbrain drain,\u201d creating gaps in key sectors of the economy and negatively impacting the country\u2019s long-term development.<\/p>\n<p>For this reason, CEDI Center is implementing the project \u201cLegal Education for Decent Youth Employment\u201d, which aims to empower young people for active participation in the social and economic life of the country through legal education and the creation of a supportive environment for decent employment and integration into the labor market.<\/p>\n<p>The activities of this project include drafting and distributing an educational manual on labor rights, organizing a spring school to develop employability skills, as well as networking forums and job application training sessions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CEDI Center will contract an Expert to prepare the content of two dedicated videos designed to provide young people with practical tips on preparing a job application, writing an appropriate CV, drafting a motivation letter, and performing well in job interviews.
