The\u00a0<\/span><b>overall goal<\/b><span>\u00a0of this project is to empower young girls and boys to contribute towards a democratic and equal<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>society.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>This project will be implemented in Dibra, Vau Dejes, Librazhd, Pogradec, Maliq and P\u00ebrmet.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Objective<br \/><\/b><span>The main objective of this task is to design and produce dedicated training materials.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Duties and responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Coordinate and brainstorm with the engaged team to come up with proper design for this project.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Prepare the training materials regarding to the regulations of the donor.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Proofread designs to make sure that text, layout, and dimensions are ready for printing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Render and present design mockups for review.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Implementing feedback and creating final designs for printing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Supervise the printing process to make sure the products meet quality and consistency standards.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Manage timelines and workflow of print design projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Preserve the logo\u2019s consistency across all printed materials and designs.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Necessary qualifications and requirements:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Registered with the fiscal authorities and VAT number.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Ability to work with minimal supervision.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>3+ years of experience in a similar role<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>A strong portfolio of print design work<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Experience producing printed materials such as catalogs, magazine designs, and textile prints<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Proficient with software such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Exceptional organizational and time management abilities<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>All interested parties are invited to send their<\/span><b>\u00a0financial offer and CV until 16 September 2024<\/b><span>, to the official address and\/or e-mail:\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"mailto:elonashiba@qendra-cedi.org\"><span>elonashiba@qendra-cedi.org<\/span><\/a><span>,\u00a0<\/span><span>at Str.
