The Center seeks the engagement of a legal expert who will support the monitoring and analysis of the implementation of these plans and will prepare a detailed report with findings and recommendations.<\/p>\n Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n CEDI Center will contract a Legal Expert, who will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of the Integrity Plans in the Municipalities of Shijak and P\u00ebrmet over a 5-month period, through the collection and analysis of data from official and public sources, meetings, and interviews, based on the methodology of the Ministry of Justice. The expert will draft an analytical report with findings, best practices, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
