Background

The proposed intervention in Vlora municipality directly addresses the persistent challenge of youth exclusion from employment, education, and training by strengthening the outreach and engagement components of Albania’s Youth Guarantee supported through the EU4Youth project. Grounded in the Youth Guarantee Implementation Plan (YGIP) 2023–2025, the initiative aligns with the National Employment and Skills Strategy (NESS) and international standards promoting decent work, social inclusion of the most vulnerable youth and gender equality.

CEDI Centre is implementing the project “Level 1.0 – Reach out of YOU-th Guarantee” founded by UNICEF Albania, which  aims to strengthen the outreach and engagement component of the Youth Guarantee targeting 350 NEETs.

Objective

The CEDI Center is requesting a Publication Agency which will be responsible for publication of dedicated materials like tote bag, notebooks, files, pens for bootcamp, training and final event. Also the Publication Agency will be responsible for publication of informative leaflet, informative poster, promotional materials like pens, usb, bracelets, t- shirts for street to street outreach activity and tote bags, notebooks and presentations for  Pop ups events, in the framework of this project.

The selected Publication Agency will :

• Print dedicated materials for the bootcamp, training sessions and final event, including tote bags, notebooks, files, pens and other required materials;
• Print informative materials, including leaflets and posters, for the project’s outreach activities;
• Produce promotional and visibility materials for street-to-street outreach activities, including pens, USB drives, bracelets, T-shirts and other agreed items;
• Produce materials for the Pop-Up events, including tote bags, notebooks and presentation materials;
• Ensure high-quality printing, materials and finishing in accordance with the specifications agreed with CEDI;
• Make any necessary adjustments requested by CEDI before final production;
• Coordinate closely with the CEDI project team throughout the assignment.

    Eligibility Criteria

    Applicants should:

    • Registered with the fiscal authorities and VAT number;
    • Demonstrated stability in the market;
    • Demonstrated professional experience in the production and printing of informative, promotional and visibility materials;
    • Have proven capacity to produce the types of materials requested under this assignment, including printed publications and customized promotional items;
    • Be able to provide samples or examples of similar products previously produced;
    • Willingness to collaborate;
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision;
