Background

The proposed intervention in Vlora municipality directly addresses the persistent challenge of youth exclusion from employment, education, and training by strengthening the outreach and engagement components of Albania’s Youth Guarantee supported through the EU4Youth project. Grounded in the Youth Guarantee Implementation Plan (YGIP) 2023–2025, the initiative aligns with the National Employment and Skills Strategy (NESS) and international standards promoting decent work, social inclusion of the most vulnerable youth and gender equality.
CEDI Centre is implementing the project “Level 1.0 – Reach out of YOU-th Guarantee” founded by UNICEF Albania, which aims to strengthen the outreach and engagement component of the Youth Guarantee targeting 350 NEETs.

The CEDI Center is requesting a Design Agency which will be responsible for preparing a dedicated roll up (85 x 200), branded promotional stand for info session, layout of the leaflet and poster for street-by-street activity and design and layout for digital posters in the framework of this project.

Duties and responsibilities

The CEDI Centre will require the services of an Expert, who will deliver the tasks mentioned below:

  • To adapt and deliver the methodology in a 2-day youth mediator bootcamp;
  • To deliver a 2-day training for youth mediators on NEET profiling, outreach techniques, safeguarding, gender-sensitive communication, and referral pathways aligned with the Youth Guarantee;
  • To career and empowerment youth in street-by-street outreach with peer-teams;
  • To prepare and deliver 3 pop up events;
  • To development a tailored individual referral plans & referral for Referral and profiling of youth NEET;
  • To Referral and follow-up cases;
  • To report to the CEDI Centre within the framework of this project.

 

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should:

  • University degree and Science Master in law or social sciences;
  • At least 7 years of professional experience;
  • Previous experience in training, preparing methodologies, outreach activities, individual plans, coaching etc;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Very good organization and time management skills.
