Description
Providing young people with information about the labor market is a key element in empowering them and supporting their successful integration into professional and civic life. In Albania, one of the main challenges faced by young people is the lack of accurate and structured information regarding labor market demands, the most sought-after professions, and the skills required by employers.An important factor contributing to this situation is the lack of effective career guidance within educational institutions. Many young people make decisions regarding their field of study without having sufficient information about employment prospects, emerging sectors of the economy, or alternatives such as vocational education and training. The absence of career counseling and supportive information mechanisms negatively affects their choices and increases the risk of long-term unemployment.Improving young people’s awareness and understanding of the labor market is an essential step toward increasing employment, reducing informality, and fostering more meaningful civic and professional engagement. CEDI Center is implementing the project “Towards a Decent Future: Youth and the Labor Market”, which aims to assess young people’s knowledge and strengthen their capacity for integration into the labor market.
Objective
CEDI Center will contract a Communication Expert who will be responsible for developing and implementing a communication plan aimed at increasing the visibility of the project and its activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
More specifically, the Communication Expert will be responsible for:
- Developing a communication plan for the promotion of all project activities throughout the project implementation period;
- Preparing content and posts for social media platforms;
- Managing the project’s dedicated communication channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and the official website;
- Reporting regularly to CEDI Center on communication activities and results.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- University degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field, and a Master’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field;
- More than ten (10) years of professional work experience;
- At least five (5) years of experience working in the civil society sector;
- Previous experience working on youth-related projects;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Përmirësimi i informimit të të rinjve mbi tregun e punës përbën një hap thelbësor drejt rritjes së punësimit, reduktimit të informalitetit dhe ndërtimit të një angazhimi më të denjë qytetar dhe profesional. Qendra CEDI po zbaton projektin “Drejt një të ardhmeje të denjë: rinia dhe tregu i punës” i cili synon të vlerësojë njohuritë e të rinjve dhe të rrisë kapacitetin për integrimin e tyre në tregun e punës.
Objektivi
Qendra CEDI do të kontraktojë një Ekspert Komunikimi, i cili do të jetë përgjegjës për përgatitjen e një Plani komunikimi të dedikuar për rritjen e dukshmërisë së projektit.
Detyrat dhe përgjegjësitë
Më konkretisht, detyrat që kërkohen nga Eksperti i Komunikimit janë si më poshtë:
- Hartimi i një plani komunikimi për promovimin e të gjitha aktiviteteve gjatë gjithë kohëzgjatjes së projektit;
- Përgatitja e postimeve për rrjetet sociale;
- Menaxhimi i faqes së dedikuar në Facebook/Instagram/Faqes Zyrtare të Internetit;
- Raportimi pranë Qendrës CEDI.
Kualifikimet dhe kërkesat e nevojshme:
- Diplomë universitare në gazetari, marrëdhënie me publikun ose komunikim dhe diplomë master në gazetari, marrëdhënie me publikun ose komunikim;
- Mbi 10 vite përvojë pune
- Të paktën 5 vite përvojë në fushën e shoqërisë civile;
- Përvojë të mëparshme pune në projektet me të rinjtë;
- Aftësi shumë të mira komunikimi;
- Aftësi për të punuar me mbikëqyrje minimale;
