OPEN CALL FOR  A LEGAL EXPERT IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE PROJECT “FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION: YOUTH IN ACTION!”

Background
CEDI Centre is implementing the project “Fight against corruption: youth in action!”, founded by SELDI, which aims to fill this gap by engaging youth in direct monitoring activities of local government officials, promoting integrity, and raising public awareness about how corruption can be detected and reported. By building the capacity of young people and empowering them to take on leadership roles in anti-corruption initiatives, this project seeks to create a lasting impact on Albania’s governance and contribute to broader regional efforts to combat corruption and promote good governance practices.

 

In the framework of this project CEDI Centre desires to engage one legal expert who will be responsible for preparing and delivering 3 two-days trainings, per municipality and will coach youngsters to monitor integrity plans.

 

Objective
The main objective of this task is to prepare and deliver 3 two-days training in Shkodra, Elbasan Pogradec and coach youngsters to monitor integrity plans.

 

Duties and responsibilities

The CEDI Centre will require the services of a Legal Expert, who will deliver the tasks mentioned below:

  • Preparation of ToT module and delivering a cascade of 3 ToT; [ 20 working days]
  • Coaching youngsters to monitor integrity plans +mentor ; [ 15 working days]
  • Report to the CEDI Centre within the framework of this project

 

Necessary qualifications and requirements:

 

  • University degree in law;
  • At least 7 years of professional experience;
  • Previous experience in training and coaching;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Very good organization and time management skills.
