Background

The proposed intervention in Vlora municipality directly addresses the persistent challenge of youth exclusion from employment, education, and training by strengthening the outreach and engagement components of Albania’s Youth Guarantee supported through the EU4Youth project. Grounded in the Youth Guarantee Implementation Plan (YGIP) 2023–2025, the initiative aligns with the National Employment and Skills Strategy (NESS) and international standards promoting decent work, social inclusion of the most vulnerable youth and gender equality.

CEDI Centre is implementing the project “Level 1.0 – Reach out of YOU-th Guarantee” founded by UNICEF Albania, which  aims to strengthen the outreach and engagement component of the Youth Guarantee targeting 350 NEETs.

Objective

The CEDI Center is requesting a Publication Agency which will be responsible for printing materials [tote bags, notebooks, files, pens] for 2-day youth mediator bootcamp UPSHIFT; materials for trainings [tote bags, notebooks, files, pens];  promotional materials for info sessions, [pens, USB, bracelets & t-shirts]; materials for the Pop-up event [tote bags, notebooks, presentations] and materials for the final events roundtable for sustainability & learning  [files, notebooks etc] , in the framework of this project.

Duties and responsibilities

The CEDI Centre will require the services of Publication Agency, which will deliver the tasks mentioned below:

  • Printing the materials for 2- day youth mediator bootcamp UPSHIFT;
  • Printing the materials for trainings;
  • Printing materials for the Pop-up event;
  • Printing the promotional materials for info sessions;
  • Printing the materials for the final events;
  • Preserve the logo’s consistency across all printed materials;

Necessary qualifications and requirements:

  • Registered with the fiscal authorities and VAT number;
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision;
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role
  • A strong portfolio
  • Experience producing printed materials such as leaflets, posters, tote bags, notebooks, files, pens, USB, bracelets & t-shirts etc.
