Description
CEDI Center, with the support of AMSHC, is implementing the project “Fight against corruption: you can contribute!” which aims to contribute to improving good governance and fulfilling the requirements for Albania’s EU integration, focusing on two main directions: increasing transparency and accountability at the local level, and engaging young people in the fight against corruption.
The main activities include a 5-month monitoring of the implementation of Integrity Plans in the municipalities of Shijak and Përmet, preparation of a monitoring report with concrete recommendations, and the organization of an online roundtable with local actors to share findings and best practices. In parallel, two trainings for youth will be organized, as well as an awareness campaign with online informational materials and media interviews to promote reporting of corruption and increase the project’s visibility. All activities will be supported by a clear communication plan and effective project management.
Objective
CEDI Center will contract a Communication Expert who will be responsible for preparing a dedicated Communication Plan to enhance the visibility of the project.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Specifically, the tasks required from the Communication Expert are:
- Drafting a communication plan for promoting all project activities throughout its duration;
- Preparing social media posts;
- Managing the dedicated Facebook/Instagram/Official Website page;
- Reporting to CEDI Center.
Qualifications and Requirements
- University degree in Journalism, Public Relations, or Communication and a Master’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, or Communication;
- Over 10 years of work experience;
- At least 5 years of experience in the civil society sector;
- Previous experience working on youth-related projects;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
